What is Ronin Training?

Movements that Matter

Imagine the scene at a typical gym. Take them outside to the city, a park, home, the mountains, a combat zone.  Are any of these “exercises” they are doing useful or functional? If not, why do them? How is practicing unnatural movements supposed to make you fit? Fit for what?

It’s not about what you do in the gym, but what you can do with it.

At Ronin, you will learn to move the way nature intended. You’ll get in shape practicing Movements that matter. You will be strong, fast, and agile. Uncompromising in the pursuit of fitness and able to move uncommonly well. With each day you’ll get better, stronger and faster. How Does it Work?

  • Daily Classes

    We offer daily classes starting at 6am through 8pm. Each class (generally 8-12 people) will vary from day to day, focusing on a different movement or training modality. Our classes combine several movment disciplines into one – Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Parkour, Gymanstics, combatives and mobility- to create well rounded, capable individuals.

  • Quality Coaching

    You never have decide what to do at the gym again! More like personal training than a typical gym class. An Instructor will lead each class (1hr) through mobility, warm up, and the training of the day. You’ll never be bored while always learning something new and having a coach and your peers to keep you motivated.

  • Goals and Adventures to Train For

    We offer seminars and adventure trips throughout the year to stretch your new wings, set goals to motivate you, and try new challenges. We offer courses on Combatives, Wilderness Training, Adventure Races, Parkour, Nutrition and more. It’s not about what you do in training, it’s about what you do with it.

    Ronin Members have trained to: run a marathon, Finish the Tough Mudder in the top 1%, prepare for the Special Forces or Firefighting exams, and compete on American Ninja Warrior. Where can Ronin help take you?

    You’ll never be bored again! There’s always something new to learn, and fun workouts to do with friends. Break through that plateau with Ronin!

    Get started right! There’s no faster way to get in shape. No experience necessary. Training is appropriate to all levels.

    Whether for weight loss or just to stay motivated. We have nutritionists, expert coaches, and wellness staff to keep you healthy and on the right track. You don’t have to do it alone, find success working with others.

Jumpstart Your Journey

Two Options to Get Started:

1) Attend the New Member Fundamentals Course. We’ll cover everything you need to know to get started: from Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting to Nutrition, Work/Rest recovery cycles and Bio-Mechanics. Course included with membership.

OR

2) Sign up for our New Member Personal Training Package. You’ll meet one on one (or with up to 3 friends) with one of our expert coaches to get you started. We’ll cover all the same material in the Fundamentals course at a time and pace that works best for you. $99 (regularlly $150) if purchased at time of sign up.
